All orders are processed within 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. During peak wedding seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, or your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery directly through the courier service.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Forever by Muse is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@museweddings.com.au. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier services, Forever by Muse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost parcels) with your order details and supporting images where applicable. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
