Processing Time
All orders are carefully crafted and dispatched within 7 business days. During busy periods or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed if that’s the case.
Shipping Areas
We ship Australia-wide and internationally to physical addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or regional areas with less frequent courier runs. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss any surcharge.
Delivery Times

Authority to Leave
By default, parcels are sent with Authority to Leave, allowing the courier to leave your order safely if you’re not home. If you prefer signature on delivery, please notify us at the time of order.

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email so you can follow your bouquet’s journey to you.
